1. Products and Service
Manuals Factory provides OEM vehicle service documentation in PDF format. All orders are for digital products only. No physical goods are shipped. Each manual is sourced and prepared specifically for the vehicle identified by the Year, Make, Model, and VIN provided at checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information. We are not liable for documentation delivered based on incorrect information supplied by the customer. If you are unsure which manual applies to your vehicle, contact us before ordering.
2. Eligibility
By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Orders placed by minors are not accepted.
3. Payment and Orders
Full payment is required before an order is accepted. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Prices shown on the website are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically fulfilled within 12–48 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary for less common vehicles. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. If we are unable to fulfill your order within a reasonable time, a full refund will be issued automatically.
5. Download Access
Download links are made available through your account under My Orders. Links remain active for 7 days from the date of delivery. It is your responsibility to download and save your manual within this period. We are not obligated to maintain access beyond 7 days, but may extend access at our discretion upon request.
6. Licence and Permitted Use
Documentation delivered through our service is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, resell, share, publish, or sublicence any documentation received through our service. Unauthorized distribution may result in legal action by the original manufacturer and/or Manuals Factory.
Each purchase grants one (1) licence to one individual. Sharing login credentials or download links with third parties is strictly prohibited.
7. Intellectual Property
All manufacturer documentation remains the intellectual property of the respective vehicle manufacturer. Manuals Factory does not claim ownership over any OEM documentation. Vehicle make and model names are trademarks of their respective owners. Manuals Factory is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer.
8. Content Accuracy
We do not author the manufacturer documentation — we source and deliver it. Content is preserved as originally issued by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies, omissions, or references within the manufacturer files. Always consult a qualified technician before undertaking repairs.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
We do not offer refunds for digital products once the manual has been delivered to your account. Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of payment, provided processing has not yet started. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@manualsfactory.com with your order number.
If we are unable to source the correct documentation for your vehicle, a full refund will be issued automatically. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the purchase price paid for that order. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, documentation provided through our service. This includes but is not limited to vehicle damage, personal injury, or financial loss resulting from reliance on the documentation.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the documentation is complete, error-free, or suitable for a specific purpose. Vehicle repair carries inherent risk — always consult a certified professional when in doubt.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
