You can check out as a guest, but we strongly recommend creating an account. Your manual is delivered there and remains available for re-download for 1 week.

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe, and PayPal. Both options are available at checkout. Your card data is never stored on our servers — it's handled entirely by Stripe or PayPal.

Yes. Each order covers one vehicle (one VIN). If you need manuals for multiple vehicles, place a separate order for each. Every manual is built specifically for the VIN provided.

Delivery

Most orders are completed and delivered within 12–48 hours. Orders for less common vehicles may take the full 48 hours. You'll receive an email the moment your manual is ready to download.

No. Delivery takes 12–48 hours. Your manual is prepared specifically for your VIN — that's what makes it complete and accurate rather than a generic document.

Once your manual is ready, it's uploaded directly to your order. You'll receive an email with a download link. Log in, go to My Account → Orders, and you'll find the download button there.

Your download link remains active for 1 week from the delivery date. You can download the file as many times as you need during that period.

In the rare event we cannot deliver within 48 hours, we'll contact you by email with an update and revised timeline. If we can't deliver at all, you receive a full refund automatically.

Our documentation is factory-issued — the same depth and detail a dealership service department works from. The difference is most apparent in electrical schematics and diagnostic procedures.

Vehicle & VIN

Your 17-character VIN identifies the exact production configuration of your vehicle — engine variant, transmission, factory-installed options, regional specs, and mid-year build changes. Without it, we'd be guessing. With it, we build documentation that matches your specific vehicle precisely.

Your VIN is in several places: (1) Driver-side dashboard visible through the windshield. (2) Driver-side door jamb sticker. (3) Your vehicle registration or title. (4) Your insurance card. It is always exactly 17 characters.

Double-check your VIN — common issues include confusing "I" with "1", or "O" with "0". VINs never contain the letters I, O, or Q. If the VIN is correct and still unrecognized, contact us and we'll look into it manually.

Refunds & Issues

Refunds are evaluated case by case. If we cannot deliver your manual, you receive a full refund automatically. If there is an issue with the content, we will correct it or issue a refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Contact us right away. We'll review your order and either deliver the missing documents or explain what isn't available for your vehicle. Partial refunds are available where warranted.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 2 hours of placement. After that, processing will have started and cancellation may not be possible. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
