All orders are for digital products delivered as PDF files. There is no physical shipping.
Delivery Timeline
PDF files are delivered within 12–48 hours after we receive your order and vehicle information. Orders for less common vehicles may require the full 48 hours. We do not guarantee a specific delivery time within this window.
How You Receive Your Manual
Once your manual is ready, it is uploaded directly to your order. You will receive an email notification at the address used during checkout. Log in to your account, go to My Account → Orders, and click the download button next to your order.
We strongly recommend creating an account at checkout rather than checking out as a guest, so that your manual remains accessible throughout the download period.
Download Period
Your download link remains active for 7 days from the date of delivery. You may download the file as many times as needed during this period. After 7 days, access is no longer guaranteed — make sure to save a local copy of your manual promptly.
File Format
Manuals are delivered as a single PDF file with a clickable table of contents, section bookmarks, and cross-linked references. The file opens in any PDF reader — Adobe Acrobat, Preview, Microsoft Edge, or any mobile PDF app.
Delays and Non-Delivery
In the rare event that delivery will take longer than 48 hours, we will contact you by email with an updated timeline. If we are unable to deliver your order at all, a full refund is issued automatically.

If you have not received a delivery notification after 48 hours, or if you cannot access your download, please contact us with your order number.
