Because our products are digital, all sales are generally final once your manual has been delivered. However, we evaluate every situation fairly.
No Refunds on Digital Products
We do not offer refunds for digital products once they have been delivered to your account. This is standard practice for digital goods, as the file cannot be "returned" after download.
Exception — Non-Delivery
If we are unable to prepare and deliver your manual within the stated 12–48 hour timeframe and cannot provide a revised timeline, a full refund is issued automatically. No request is needed.
Exception — Missing Content
If your manual is missing sections that should exist for your specific vehicle, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will either deliver the missing documents or issue a partial refund where warranted.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 2 hours of payment, provided processing has not yet started. After this window, cancellation is not possible as our team will have already begun working on your order.
Incorrect Vehicle Information
Refunds are not available for orders where documentation was prepared based on incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer. Please verify your Year, Make, and Model before placing an order.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours on business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Funds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days after processing, depending on your payment provider.
