Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Manuals Factory, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Digital Products — No Returns
All products sold by Manuals Factory are digital PDF documents. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once a manual has been delivered to your account.
Once a digital file has been made available for download, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense — the content cannot be undelivered.
2. Exceptions
We will issue a full refund only in the following circumstances:
- We are unable to fulfill your order and no manual is delivered.
- You cancel your order within 2 hours of payment and processing has not yet begun.
- The manual delivered is for a clearly different vehicle than the one you ordered.
3. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle Year, Make, and Model you provide at checkout is accurate. We are not liable for documentation delivered based on incorrect information supplied by the customer.
