Buddy of mine has a 2022 F-350 diesel. Injector issue, dealer quoted him $2,400 just for diagnostics and labor. He bought the factory manual, pulled the codes himself, found it was a single injector return line. Fixed it for $90.
The Super Duty manuals are different from the regular F-150 — the 6.7L Power Stroke has its own diagnostic procedures, and the heavy duty suspension specs are completely separate. You need the right manual.
What the F-250/F350 factory manual covers:
- 6.7L Power Stroke diesel diagnostics and injector specs
- Gas engine procedures (7.3L and 6.2L)
- Trailer brake controller wiring
- Dana axle torque specs front and rear
- DEF system troubleshooting
Got a 2022? Here’s the one you need. Other years are on the site too — same format, year-specific specs.
